Reading waves is something I’ve become better at. It’s def essential to be able to think quick when shooting. That’s a big wave, most often you see guys doing this shot when it’s smaller and glassy. I appreciate that instead of just ducking under the wave and letting this wave go, you took a deep breath and kept shooting! Gonna go for it here in NJ.
